The CFO is responsible for preparing clinic financial statements and internal accounting policies and procedures, including the general ledger, patient accounts, financial reporting, capital and operating budgets, and cash management. Responsible for the overall organization, planning, and oversight of finance at Mid-State Health Center. The ideal candidate will have excellent team-building skills, experience in implementing process change successfully, have a broad knowledge of financial management, budgetary practices as well as extensive knowledge and experience with governmental and health care fiscal regulations and reporting requirements.
